SHIPPING : (note:it take us about 72 days to process your order Due to a high level of demand,and delivery time is about 10-15days

1. we can only ship to the billing address on the credit card you use. Please ensure you enter the correct address. We cannot be responsible for packages going to incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.
2. Note: we don't ship to APO, FPO or military bases (Military addresses)
3. Flat shipping fee FREE applies for orders to North America, Western Europe* and Australia. Please note new shipping cut off time and ship out time.
4. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.
5. Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.
6. Business Days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, handbags must be in new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the original box.
2. Please submit your return request by email to dsalemanager@gmail.com ?with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the back to China for refund or exchange, usually within 24hours after your email is received.
3. Returns and exchanges packages sending back to China must be post marked within 7days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.
4. Return: Buyer pays for shipping back to Copiedhandbags.com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will refund you in the amount the buyer paid for the less standard shipping & handling fee.
5. *All returning internaional packages will be charged for the actual shipping fee as the promotion on shipping fee doesn't apply to the orders being returned.
6. Exchange: ?Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to -city.net. If you are sending more than 1 item back for exchange, then it will be $12 for the first item and $6 for each additional item. The shipping fee will be used to ship the exchanged item(s) back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to -city.net must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
